You can find various Engagement Builder examples by going to your account, Engagement Builder and then Engagement Templates. The chapters below will give you some more insights about a few selected examples.
The examples could be used as inspiration, but it could be a good idea to review them to see if they reflect the needs of your organization.
The first example you will see is the one called What is the Engagement Builder? This example outlines what the Engagement Builder is and the different options you have.
Pre-hire
The two Engagements of our pre-hire example can be send out when you are in the process of drafting the contract.
The Engagement that is intended for the manager will collect information regarding salary and number of working hours. The Engagement intended for the employee will gather information regarding the address of the employee as well their bank info such as sort code and account number. Once the two separate Engagements have been completed, the information will automatically be stored on the employee data card. You can now draft the contract based on these information's.
Pre-boarding
The pre-boarding Engagement that you can find on your HR-ON Staff account contains all the relevant information for your new employee before their first day on the job such as who they are going to work with and where they can find the employee handbook.
When you send out this Engagement, you can make sure that the employee feels well-prepared and welcomed before their first day on the job.
Gather information from all employees
This Engagement example can be send out yearly to encourage the employees to update their phone number and information of their emergency contact.
This Engagement can also be used to fill out relevant information in regards to salary.
Employee Development plan
The Employee Development Plan example can be used as inspiration for the Engagement you should send out when you are planning your employee development interviews. In this example, the employee fills out the Engagement, which can then be used and reviewed with the immediate manager during the interview.
