The Engagement Builder tool gives you endless possibilities when it comes to sharing information with your employees, engaging them or gathering information from them. When you create an Engagement in HR-ON Staff you can send it out directly to the employee's e-mail where they will receive a link. The link is accessible through computer, tablet or smartphone.
Be creative and use Engagements to ease your work
When you send out an Engagement, it is up to the employee to fill it out with the relevant info. This could be info such as contact details of the employee's emergency contact. The information they provide is saved directly onto the employee's data card, so you won't have to type these in afterwards.
You can also use Engagements to send out questions that you need your employee to respond to. The responses can be submitted anonymously. You have the option of adding video clips or photos to the Engagement if you want to.
