Scheduled Changes Guide

Scheduled changes has been a highly requested feature, which we have been able to offer since October 2022. The current version will be updated regularly to fit your needs even better.

What is scheduled changes?

Scheduled changes is a feature that allows you to change data both retrospectively as well as for the future. This makes it easy to change data such as address or salary. An example could be that an employee has informed you that they will change their address on January 1st 2023. With the Scheduled Changes feature you can update the address field already so that the field will automatically be updated  on January 1st. If you have the rights, you can also see which fields have scheduled changes.

Why use scheduled changes?

Scheduled changes make it easier for you and your coworkers to update information immediately without having to remind yourself to do so once the date (e.g. a moving date) occurs.

How to use scheduled changes

You can apply scheduled changes to almost every field. For now, the only exception is the Department-field. But beyond that you have endless opportunities with scheduled changes. First and foremost, it will be useful for the different internal pay grades. But if you have any custom fields you can apply scheduled changes here as well.
