Company
This article will guide you through the setting Company. See below how to get there.
It is the first step to creating a company identity in HR-ON Staff thus making it truly your platform.
Start editing your company information by clicking on the small edit icon to the right of About (Company name).
Company Settings
Next to Company you will find Company Settings. These are the general settings for HR-ON Staff. Click on each heading to expand the settings. In the screenshot below, 'Theme' has been clicked.
- Theme: Transfer your company´s visual identity to HR-ON Staff by adding a customised window title, favicon, and your brand- and contrast colours
- Digital Signature: If your company has employees in one or more Scandinavian countries, they can sign documents with a digital signature (MitID, BankID). You can also choose a default recipient for all signed documents of this kind. If you do not want to use this feature, you can disable it from here
- Employees: Here you can set up a deletion process for employees after end of employment. We recommend conferring with your legal department in regard to your company's policy on that matter
- Documents: Here you can set up a deletion process for expired documents. This is only relevant if you choose to set an expiration date for certain documents or document types. Documents will then be deleted after the designated amount of time. This feature can be used for documents that do not need any history
- Notifications: Here you can set up when to be notified before an employee's end of employment.Now you've been through the settings in Company, and the general system settings for your HR-ON Staff account are in place. You can make changes at any time
