Under Documents in the menu you can access your documents. You do this under the heading "My Documents". Additionally, it is also possible to read documents visible to the whole organisation under "Company Documents".
To read the individual document, just click on the title. Through the icon in the top-right corner, it is possible to forward the document, save the file, etc.
