A process is a time saving tool that optimises the procedures related to the employment of your new employee.
Process examples:
How processes work
Processes is a tool that can be applied to keep track of all the steps of e.g. a recruitment process. You can create a process for each stage of the recruitment process that features all the steps you usually complete when you are in the process of hiring a new employee and making sure they get off to a good start in your organization.
In the Process tab you can find a template for when you have to terminate an employee. This ensures a good farewell to the employee in question and a professional closure of your working relationship. Additionally, you can create a process for the different steps you take for your staff development interviews and similar processes.
Combine the process tool with other functions in HR-ON Staff
To utilize the full potential of the process tool we recommend combing it with other functions in HR-ON Staff such as Notifications and the Engagement Builder.
As an example, you could combine it to create a detailed preboarding process:
The process could incorporate specific tasks that must be completed in the preboarding process. This could include tasks such as buying flowers and managing hardware. If you connect an Engagement Builder for this process, it will automatically send out a 'welcome'-message for the new employee in which all relevant information will be provided concerning their first day of work. You can setup notifications that notify relevant employees once certain tasks have been completed.
Processes can be setup to accommodate the specific needs of your organization - the opportunities are endless. Check out some examples here.
