To get an overview of your employees' time registrations, you need to go to the Overview section.
Next, you can set up the overview into the period you want to see the time registration for. You do this by clicking on the dates at the top of the screen. Choose a start date in the calendar on the left and an end date on the right side > Click Set date to select the dates.
Next, you can see information about the department, work hours per week, work capacity, and status, where you can see warnings if an employee:
- hasn't taken an 11-hour break
- has worked more than 48 hours per week on average over the last three months
You can expand the details for each department by clicking the arrow to the left of the department name (see image below).
Now, you'll have access to the employees who have filled in work hours for the selected period. You can click on View timesheet to see the employee's registered work hours and any notes for why the employee hasn't taken an 11-hour break or has worked extra hours in a period.
