Document folders: Create a folder structure

What is a folder structure?

The tab folder structure gives you the option of providing all your employees with the same set of maps. This is called folder structure.

It is simple and easy. If you wish to create a folder visible for all employees on their data card, click on create folder in the upper right corner. Assign a name to the folder.

Grant access to the same content for all employees

If you wish to include the exact same content in some of the folders for all employees, simply upload a document to the folder. This document will now be available to all of your employees.
